What data is exchanged between emaPD and emaWD?
The following data is exchanged between the ema Plant Designer and the ema Work Designer:
- Resources (names, number, dimensions of floor/workplace area, geometry data if applicable, capacity utilization)
- Containers (names, dimensions, number for provision at the workstations, number in incoming goods/intermediate storage)
- Incoming goods, outgoing goods, interim storage
- Transport intensities between the resources or warehouses
- Operations as processing groups incl. processing times as target times depending on the product variants
