The ema Work Designer enables the simulation of continuous (e. g. skid, assembly line, C-hangers with/without worker conveyors) as well as intermittent flow production (e. g. in chassis or component assembly), including in combination with handling devices, material trolleys, sequence trolleys and several workers.

Different variants of handling in combination with different derivatives can also be mapped in a scenario. This can also be linked to quotas/frequencies of the derivatives/equipment combinations in order to automatically generate an “average” ergonomics and time evaluation, for example.
