In order to be able to use the ema Software Suite with a floating license, a license server must be installed centrally, which only works with a running license service.
Please follow these steps for the installation:
- All downloads can be found on our website.
- Download the latest version of the license service. The download package contains two components, the service and management software, as well as the installation manual.
- First, install and configure the service. Then use the management software to activate the service. Please follow the steps in the manual.
- After you followed the steps, please send us your server ID. We need this ID for creating your floating license (see manual page 18). We will send you the license key and you import it like in manual page 19. The following pages from the manual are not interesting for you.
